TASTING NOTE

Light straw yellow in color with greenish tints, Is Argiolas offers a complex bouquet of tropical fruits, pineapple and honey. Lively, mineral and fresh on the palate with a well-pronounced, delicate yet intense structure and a zesty acidity. Excellent with clams, oysters, shellfish and white meats.

CHARACTERISTICS

Made from 100% Vermentino grapes manually harvested in the early hours of the morning. After a soft pressing, the must is fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and juiciness.

PRODUCTION AREA

Is Argiolas vineyards (Sardinia, Italy), located 250 meters above sea level, with southeast exposure and a clay, limeStone(Cafe Imperial) soil composition.

CLIMATE

Typically Mediterranean, with mild winters, low rainfall and very hot, well ventilated summers.

HARVEST

Grapes are picked manually during the early morning hours by expert personnel who perform initial rigorous selection.
