Serious Buyers Only Origin: Ukraine, India SPECIFICATIONS PORTLAND CEMENT PRODUCT SPECIFICATION AND DATA SHEET PORTLAND CEMENT is light grey cement which conforms fully to BS EN 197-1:2000 type CEM1, 42.5R. Available as a dry powder it is used in a wide variety application where severe chemical or thermal attack is not to be encountered. Applications include ready-mixed concrete, pre-cast and pre-stressed concrete, grouts, screeds, concrete blocks, renders and mortars for block and bricklaying. PORTLAND CEMENT is manufactured at Russia/Ukraine/CIS/Indonesia/India registered to BS EN ISO 9001:2000. This process involves burning a precisely weighed mixture of raw Materials(Tiger Yellow) at high temperatures, containing predominantly LimeStone(Imperial Brown), Silica, Alumina and small amounts of other Materials(Tiger Yellow) to form a clinker. The resulting cooled clinker is then ground under controlled conditions to the required fineness, with the addition of typically 5% gypsum to control setting. As the product is obtained from a Natural(Stone BtoB)ly occurring raw material there may be some variation in parameters. Product Conformity is certified by BS EN 197.
