            WE market value added products like DEAD BURNT MAGNESITE CAUSTIC CALCINED MAGNESITE and DUNITE.  The cryptocrystalline structure by nature is best suited for manufacturing Refractory Products.  The products are in accordance with the customers expectation and well known for its high standard of Quality. 

DBM

            Dead Burnt Magnesite is produced in the Rotary Kiln by sintering raw magnesite at controlled temperature of 1750⁰ centigrade and it is chemically inactive.  Installed capacity is 30,000 MT per annum and various grades of DBM are produced to meet the demands of customers.

DBM USES

• For manufacture of Basic Refractory Bricks.
• Manufacture of Ramming mass composition, fettling material and magnesite Mortar.
• It is used SLAG beneficiation and in Slag splashing in Arc Furnaces.
• It is also used as a coating material in Steel Industries.

LCM

            Calcining raw magnesite in shaft kiln at a controlled temperature of 11000 centigrade by using Furnace Oil as fuel produces lightly Calcined magnesite. The Lightly Calcined magnesite is chemically reactive material.  Installed capacity is 19,500 MT per annum.  LCM is supplied lumps and powder form to meet the requirement of customers.

LCM USES

• Oxychloride Flooring.
• Emery Stone(Cafe Imperial) for wheat grinding.
• Soral Cement for binding abrasives
• Abrasive Bricks for grinding and polishing Industries.
• Boiler lagging, Magnesium Chemicals, Fertilizers, Animal Feeds, Electrical Insulations etc.

DUNITE

            Dunite is the parent rock of Magnesite and it contains 38% to 49% of Mgo and 39% of SiO₂. It is dark Gray to Olive Green in color.  We have vast potential to meet the requirement of customers.

DUNITE USES

• In Refractory Industries to manufacture Dunite Bricks.
• As flux material in Steel plants replacing limeStone(Cafe Imperial).
• In forging Industries it is used in powder form to replace silica sand.
