The processing of mineral rock can be totally designed and manufactured to suit your intended volumes and end usage.

Through a series of crushers, roller mills and ball/tube mills our machinery and plant design can produce "crushed limeStone(Verde Butterfly)" for use as road base,through to finely ground and seperated calcium carbonate suitable for use in paints, adhesives, fertilisers etc.

For the medical industry we can supply "ceramic Jaw" cruchers and rollers which minimise contamination of the processed material and can mill down to specified dimensions.

As end usage and process volumes dictates the plant design please advise with your enquiry the daily tonnage to be processed, the raw material dimensions and the desired final product dimension.

All plants are designed by our engineering consultants and are complete "turnkey" installations with final commissioning and process start up overseen by our experienced staff.

Part plant and stand alone machines can also be supplied either as a part process or replacement unit to an existing plant (subject to compatability of process).
