BENJAMIN SAINT FRANC

Description :

Vineyard situated on Valreas, on a terroir mainly composed of Stone(Juparana Classic.)s with clay and limeStone(Juparana Classic.). High vines are on a soils little bit sandy. The grapes are checked and harvested by hand.  A part is de-stemmed. Traditional vinification with control of temperature. Fermentation during 10 days, with an automatic trading each  6 hours in stainless-stell vats.  Maturing during 1 year in concrete vats.

Tasting:

Cherry red colour. In mouth we have nice fruity aromas, unctuous, with wild strawberry and raspberry very present.

To be serve :  15 to 16 °C Can be drink now. Peak in 2/4 years 

Dishes & Wine :  Lamb, roast beef, filled vegetables. Cantal, Saint-Nectaire, Mimolette.
